The all-NEW SmartyCam 3 GP camera has been designed for motorsport with a single purpose:
To provide great videos and supply you with all the information you need.
SmartyCam 3 GP camera overlays all the data from both GPS and AiM loggers connected to your ECU. Full HD camera system, Video output, CAN connection, USB-C connection, and Ethernet port are only a few of the features of SmartyCam 3 GP: the power of simplicity.

The new SmartyCam 3 GP saves all your information to a supported micro-SD card for up to 2TB of data, this includes speed, RPM, lap number, gear shifts and many more features. With a built-in data logger running on an external power of 9-15 volts, the new SmartyCam 3 automatically powers on and off with your engine – and will start/stop recording for you. Analyse your data from a vast range of sources such as GPS track map, vehicle position and speed, and lap & split times. T format is at H.264 1920×1080 pixels, 60 FPS, and the display resolution of 2.4” 240×320 pixels gives your footage crisp condition. Our quality doesn’t falter, even under the pressure of extreme motorsport conditions such as poor weather, strong vibrations, continuous rain, and high/low temperatures as extreme as -10°C to + 50°C. Our camera is also waterproof (IP65) for extra protection.

SmartyCam 3 GP features a video output with SD interface. It allows you to send the video/audio directly to wherever you choose, for example your pit crew, at 30 or 60fps.

With the built-in data logger experience enhanced RPM, throttle, engaged gears, acceleration, temperatures, and pressures including a tri-axis accelerometer measuring 16G.

The SmartyCam 3 GP provides you with a CAN expansion that connects with many Aim devices such as the Solo 2 DL Laptimer, various Aim Dash Display Loggers, and PDM Dash systems. This is a standard practice within our products, however we have also equipped the SmartyCam 3 GP with unterminated CAN connections which allow you to connect the camera to any system as a standalone feature. No matter your vehicle and equipment, with the unterminated connectors you can run the GP through your CAN/ECU connections. 

The SmartyCam 3 GP includes a global shutter CMOS sensor and a low distortion lens with a field of view of 67°, 84° or 120° covering all areas, its lightweight 200g (battery included) framework infallible in providing you with smooth and effortless footage.

The SmartyCam 3 GP contains a rechargeable lithium battery confined inside its (main) 120.8×80.2×30.9mm (bullet) 24diamx48.2mm body, and using its connectors – 2 Binder 712 female connectors + 2 SMA female connectors (see pinout page) + 1 USB-C – slots right into the back of your dashboard.
